We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented International sales Professional to spearhead our sales in EMEA market to generate and nurture leads. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying untapped opportunities, generating new leads, and fostering relationships with customers to drive business growth. Drive leads to advanced stages of closure by close engagement on technical and business aspects.


Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for delivering a revenue outcome from your assigned territory 
  • Function as a client’s business partner solving some of their most challenging problems by leveraging our solutions 
  • Articulate 1CH’s value proposition in helping clients migrate (applications and workloads including SAP), modernize, or build cloud-native applications. Consistently deliver on business outcomes 
  • Be comfortable in executing business closures by the week, and plan ahead for strategic engagements into the future 
  • Ensure your clients are supported and are delighted in engaging with 1CH 
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients. 
  • Be a trusted advisor to your clients by sharing information and insights that are relevant to their business 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in Sales, particularly in selling cloud services on AWS, Azure or GCP 
  • Strong experience in selling IT services & IT SAAS Products at EMEA region  
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technology and its benefits to businesses – a certification as mentioned in the introduction section will be an advantage 
  • She/he would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics and demonstrated success in concluding large complex deals by building and articulating a compelling point of view. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Strong negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of overall sales experience.
