We helped one of India’s largest Healthcare provider, to set up their HIS application in a short period of 3 weeks.
About the client
20+ years of Healthcare and Medical research reputation and a multi -speciality hospital serving at the heart of the medical tourism capital of India with a clear focus on patient care.
Business challenges
- With their launch of multi-speciality hospital in a month had a need to implement the chosen HIS system in cloud, a partner who can establish necessary security measures and complete the functional UAT of the application and roll out into production right on time for the launch.
- The client was venturing into cloud for the first time and wanted to get it right the first time.
- They were looking for a cloud partner who have experience working with application partner in setting up HIS application earlier in AWS Cloud and also to provide 24/7 Managed services.
Solution
- Production and Non Production environment, right sized on AWS with Non Production with necessary stop / start schedule to control cost.
- Implemented Information Security Policies & Standards per the customer requirements and standards in the AWS environment.
- Established reliable Site-2-Site VPN connectivity into the AWS environment from Hospital.
- Established the required monitoring and metrics collection, along with setup of backup retention process, through our 24/7 Managed Services.
- Established a cost control process by providing recommendations based on the current usage and projected usage.
