About the client
The customer is a retail NBFC specializing in affordable finance solutions directed towards Semi-urban and Rural India. 1CloudHub was requested to conduct a Well-Architected Review (WAR) for their LOS, LMS, LCS applications and identify risks based on the five pillars.
Approach
1CH Conducted the review and identified 23 risks to be covered and closed as part of this engagement.
To de-risk, the mitigation and have better control over change management to migrate into a new environment with a fresh install.
The migration was carried out in 3 phases namely
- Phase -1 Landing zone Re Architecture
- Phase- 2 Applications Migration
- Phase-3 -Database Migration and High Availability setup
